Helping Hands of Cincinnati (HHC) respects the trust that you place in our organization. Our website contains nu7merous contact and submission forms for the collection of voluntary information from site users. HHC will only collect, process and store information about you that you have willingly provided. We aim to be open about collecting this information and clear about what we will use it for.

When you give us a donation or sign up to support us in other ways we will ask for your information. We use this information to manage your engagement with us, such as processing your donation and telling you what we do with the support we receive, supporting your event with follow up information and information about related activities, sending you information about our campaigns so that you can take part in supporting our work, to provide you with a service and to record how you would like to hear from us.

To protect personal information, HHC will not share, sell or trade personal or contact information with any other organization or individual, without permission, unless legally compelled to do so; nor will we send information or mailings on behalf of any other organization.

HHC’s website is secured with a Let’s Encrypt TLS AEs 256bit SSL certificate. Transactions are protected with up to a 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Credit card information is processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted website platform.
